We offer 13 payment options: iDeal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Sofort, Bancontact, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and UnionPay.

Some payment options are only available in certain countries.

All payments are made via secure connections (https). The data is sent encrypted and therefore cannot be intercepted by third parties.

You can pick up your package in the store or we will send it by post to the address you provided.

Picking up in-store is of course free, shipping by post depends on your address. Below is an overview of the costs per region.

Netherlands: free shipping from €60.
Europe: €9.95 shipping costs.
Outside EU: €24.95 shipping costs.
Pickup in-store is Free.
This is certainly possible. The order can be picked up at The Box concept store in Roermond.

The address is Neerstraat 25 in Roermond. This option can be selected when ordering the products.

It is important that you always check your address carefully when filling in the details! It cannot always be changed.

If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can adjust it. If the package has already been sent, we will have to wait for it to return. We will then contact you when the package is returned to us and make an appointment to resend it.

If a product is sold out, it will most likely not be returned. Due to availability, most branded products are not repurchased.

Thanks to our good relationships with the brands, we can restock more and more products. Brands such as Komono and Stance in particular are regularly restocked.
